How do you find out who your guide is?

We purchased a resale contract late last year, and I would like to purchase a small add-on directly through Disney. The problem is that I have never been contacted by a guide, so I have no idea who to phone to start the process.

You may not have a guide. Guides are really just salespeople. I know there is a thread in the Vacation CLub section where people list their guides so you can look there to see if one sounds like someone you would like to use. My guide is Steven Fisher and we quite like him and were going to be adding on ourselves! His number is (877) 246-1064. I think that is a direct line. You may be able to get someone through member services too.
