How do you find out which cruises DCL is offering restricted fares on?

Sorry I forget the actual term, I think its OGT? We recently did this, for the March 9 sailing on the Wonder. Ended up midship on the 2nd deck, we really liked location so we got lucky! I was just wondering if there is a website that lists this info as soon as DCL is doing this? I found the other one just by obsessively checking Disney's site, and noticed it was a pretty good price, the oceanview price was cheaper than an inside cabin which caught my attention.

There's no way of knowing. As the *GT rates are offered on those cruises DCL deems as not selling well, we can't predict which ones those will be.

*GT rates typically appear after the Paid In Full date on any given cruise. And the only way to find them is to check out the different cruises. If a cruise starts having *GT rates the DCL site will look like this (with the extra category block):
