How do you explain the different Santas in Epcot?

I was just looking at some holiday pictures on the Theme Park board, and it got me to thinking....how do you explain all the 'santas' in World Showcase to a 4 year old? I mean, She believes Santa brings toys to all the kids around the world, but each country there has their own 'santa'. Not sure how to explain that to her. Any suggestions?

Just tell her that in each country santa follows the customs for dressing when he drops off gifts and these are just "Santa's helpers" sharing how he dresses in each country.

for us we talk of the spirit of Santa. And at our house he brings one gift and the rest is from Mom and Dad. The way that we explained the different Santas was to ready the stories that go with most of them and that Different places have different Santas.
Like a santa in Africa would be too hot in a santa suit like the one we know..

It all goes along with what do we do because we don't have a chimney.. We are going away fro Christmas this year to California and my DS 4 asked about snow. and I said that we didn't get it there and Santa will just have to have a cold glass of milk instead of hot chocolate..

Although last year we left Santa a beer. We ran out of hot chocolate. I think he liked that better...
