How do you eat your Fried Herb Cheese?

Does anyone have a picture of the inside? Or a picture of it spread on the bread? I can't imagine this. I've seen pictures of it untouched so I always imagined it to be like ... a mozarrella stick ... so that's not exactly spreadable. I love cheese and would love to try this!

that's what we thought too the first time we ordered it. DD was sad when it was delivered and it wasn't

It's creamy on the inside... kinda like the inside of a jalepeno popper.

My favorite appetizer and I've made it at home and it was pretty good. I like the bread, I don't think I'd like it on a soft bread as much.

As of 5/26/08 the fried herb cheese has been replaced by a crab cake app. Anyone who may have had it after that date is simply lucky enough to have been there while there was some boursin cheese still in the restaurant. I, personally, went into mourning this past Sunday due to the loss. It was my all time favorite thing on the menu.

They also changed the chicken sandwich (no ham and swiss - now with bbq and cheddar), added tuna casserole, changed the salmon, and added bread pudding.

My favorite snack at home is boursin cheese smeared on anything. Let it come to room temp or just heat for a few seconds in the microwave and it is super easy and very close to theirs.
