Just curious how do people dress for these places?

The same clothes I wear to the parks. I always say, be comfortable!

:cool1:

Yup - park clothes! The only places we've cleaned up a little more for are the signature restaurants (CA Grill, V&A, etc). Have fun!!

No need to change from park clothes. You'll see the other guests at restaurants also wear park clothes, too.

How do you dress?

When I first saw this I thought you wanted a step-by-step....

..........Start with shirt, put head through big center hole (make sure tag is in back), follow with arms through the two smaller side holes.............

LOL

Gold sequined 5 inch heels - A leopard print halter top - Black Leather Pants - and a shawl w/ lots of shiney beads. This is my usual "dinner outfit". If it's lunch, I'll wear my silver sequined heels.

:rotfl: Whatever I have on in the parks the day I have my ADR!!! If it's a "still wet t-shirt from Splash Mountain" then so be it!!! :thumbsup2

ROFL! ***You made tears roll down my face!***

OP Thread has been Hijacked. :confused3
For the restaurants you list I have not eated at Whispering Canyon and Shutters. For all the others on your list Park Clothes are the norm.
Have a Great Trip

Lunch - park clothes - hey where would you change anyway ? :rotfl:

Dinner - if we go for a swim before- Clean shorts not beat up and neat - decent shirt - hey it's dinner - possibly the places you go and have that family picture taken with characters - better to look your summer style best :goodvibes

Breakfast - we'll it's the start of the day - so you'll be neat and clean. We do not wear torn shorts around WDW or rude t-shirts with holes.

Our dinners:
1900 Park Fair
LTT
RFC
Coral Reef
'Ohana
HDD
H&V
Chef Mickey's

Our lunches:
Whispering Canyon
Prime Time
Plaza
Rose & Crown (we should be neat and clean, AM is to swim and pack)

Our Breakfasts: (at least we are clean, neat and not sweaty)
Cindy's
'Ohana
CP
1900 Park fair

Same clothes we wear to the parks....matching Disney shirts everyday!! :goodvibes

Same clothes as parks. I personally do not wear a swimsuit at the parks, but if I did, I think I'd at least put a shirt over it for a meal (I have seen girls in bikini tops in restaurants, IMHO, that is tacky).

All the restaurants know that your going to be in the park all day... they dont expect you to dress up.... Unless you are leaving the park and trying to enjoy a night out, then I would say get dressed for the occasion... Enjoy ur trip and dont worry about what your wearing!

If you are doing any character meals (LTT), you can always where a t-shirt that fits the theme and/or (if you have little ones) princess attire is appropriate at some meals. My dd4 is wearing her Alice Dress to breakfast at 1900 Park Fare. Otherwise...casual is the way to go!

 Thank you for all of your suggestions!!! The only day I will dress up is the 19th (Rose & Crowne) considering it my anniversary..... The rest of the time cool, comfortabe clothing for me.... Thank you again!!! And I thought you put your pants on first....

Just be careful about dressing up for this one..You may be sitting outside with no a/c and it is HOT under there. Perhaps when the sun goes down it is not as bad. But I found this to be one of the more casual restaurants at WS. Oh Happy Anniversary!
All the others you listed are pretty casual. We always sweat like pigs when we are in FL in July so we do shower and change for dinner(I just can't wait to get out of my swealtering clothes at that point and freshen up) But the dressiest we get is sundress for dd, collared shirts for ds's and dh and skirt for me.(but the shoes.... now that is another story.... the boys only bring their sandals and my dd and I have a pair of keens and one nicer pair of sandals for dinner. It really is anything goes in Disney and what makes you comfortable is the way to go! Have a great trip!
