How do you do this to a 1 yr old?

First, who could treat a child like that? A complete monster. I look at my 1 yr old and can't imagine anyone treating her like that and the horror that baby must have been put through.

Second, the baby went to the hospital with a spiral fracture and was returned to the house. EXCUSE ME??? WTH?

I will say it again, there should be some kind of license procedure for someone to be a parent.

If you give birth, and do not have a license to do so, the baby is taken away at birth.

But then, look at all the abusive foster parents, so I guess that would not work.

That poor baby.

That is just beyond sick. I hope that these people rot in jail, and I hope that the children are placed with the loving family that they deserve to have.

About the spiral fracture, though...while they are caused by a twisting motion, that does not necessarily prove abuse. It can happen by accident too, like when a parent is holding a child by the hand and the child tries to twist away abruptly. Therefore, I don't think you can necessarily fault CPS for returning the child after the spiral fracture, although I do think they probably should have checked out the home and other children more closely.

Isn't it amazing how God gives this animal the gift of children, yet she does this? While so many women would trade their soul to get pregnant and have a baby of their own, yet can't.

Well, I'm one of those women, and I hope they lock this monster away for the rest of her life.

As a mother of twins it breaks my heart...and I wish that there were places that if you had no one to turn to, you could bring your children there...while you got some rest. I know by my 6th month I was beside myself.

How completely horrible. That makes me sad and disgusted. How anyone could treat a child like that is beyond me. I'm going to hug my kids extra tight when they come home from school, and pray that baby is with a good family and won't remember any of the horrors that happened to him.
