How do you do Sklif?

I tried to sign up for Sklif from the all things rewarded site - I was supposed to get 40 poionts just for signing up - when I tried to play, I just received one question, and didn't seem to get the extra points for that either? What do you do about this, and how do you get the points credited to your account? I also had the same problem trying to get the extra points for signing up at Epinion. I was supposted to get a confirmation email after I signed up, but I never received that, so I didn't get those points to all things rewarded as well. Any help would be appreciated.
