I am a small person to start with, and I wonder if my weight/size goals are realistic. How do you know what you really should be working towards? Is it just how you feel, what clothes you can wear, or is it inches and weight? I would love to be a 100-lb, size 4 like I was when I graduated from college, but I don't know if I'm going to get there (or even if I should)!
