How do you decorate your golf cart?

Not so much the theming and what you use, but how do you attach your lights, garland, flags, etc to one of the rental carts? Obviously, I do not want to damage the carts or use tape that will require cleaning a bunch of residue. I was thinking binder clips and zip ties. Ideas are very welcome.

The large 2" binder clips work along the roof edge on our cart, but I'm not sure about the rentals. We also use some zip ties.

What they said! I have a thing of zip ties in the camper always. Makes for easy install on the rental cart. Add some battery lights from the dollar store and you are in buisness.​
