DH, DS and I will be flying to Disney on New Year's Eve. DH and DS will fly first thing in the morning, but my flight won't get to MCO until 9pm. How do we do Magical Express? We added it to our reservation, but they only sent us one ME book. It shows that we have 2 different flight numbers. Will DH and DS check in with the book and I will have to do something different?

Make a copy of the DME booklet to give to DH.

It doesn't really matter if you arrive at different times during the day; just show up.

If your flight actually gets in after 10 PM you must claim your baggage from the carousel anyway.

Disney hints: http://www.cockam.com/magicx.htm

For those eavesdropping, going home via DME at different times, make sure each person (or subparty) gets written confirmation of his (their) bus departure times a day in advance of the ride needed; such last minut changes can be made at the resort.

Bus time leaving the resort going home should be about 3 hours before your flight (4 hours charter or non-U.S.). If the time is much shorter, that is not a stroke of luck giving you more park time; rather it is a goof that could make you miss your plane.

I would call DME and ask otherwise you can give the book to DH and DS and when you get there you will just have to stop at the desk and they will print you a boarding voucher to allow you to board the bus. I don't think they would accept a photocopy but there is a CM directing people when you get to DME and can ask them.

One of you will take the paperwork with the vouchers, and the other will need to stop at the desk and have a voucher printed. Or, just pull out your voucher from the book and carry it with you. As long as you have a voucher with your name and a bar code on it you will be able to board the bus.

The vouchers in the book are perforated!! Tear them apart, and give each person their voucher!!

We do that anyway, tear out the vouchers, mine goes in my wallet, DHs goes in his wallet and the rest of the book stays at home!!
