How do you change a BRP reservation?

I called CRO & they said call 1-407 passholder number. I just got off the phone with them and was told per a supervisor to go into the website and do it myself. I can't find anyway to make a change on-line. We want to switch from AKL to BC which is showing up as available for our dates. Help please!! Thanks in advance.

Thanks Tink! It took me five phone calls to finally get someone who knew how to make the change. She said she gets lots of complaints from people using the BRP about not being able to make changes and having a hard time to find a CM who could make the change. I told her I preferred being able to book an AP rate with a live person rather than having an on-line system that won't allow you to touch something you booked. When she tried to make the change BC was not showing up on her system but when she went into the web site as an AP like I did then she saw it. She said they have a different room inventory than we see. But after putting me on hold 3 times and being on the phone for 45 minutes, she finally got the change to go through. So, off to the BC we are going!! My DH is very happy. I am a little sad because AKL is my fav and that is where we were going to say.

That's so great that they got it done for you....I think it's just a matter of time until the CM's have it down pat...
