How do you call the restaurants directly?

I have read here that in order to have the Gluten free fried chicken at 50's PT you need to call 24 hours in advance. How does one do this. I have looked and looked and can not find direct numbers to Disney restaurants. Can anyone help?

We really want this GF fried chicken! I am dreaming about it!

Contact special diets and they will have you fill out a form that will be given to the restaurants. I have never had to call the restaurants personally. I do list her allergy when I make the ADR.
