How do you buy a pre-paid photo cd?

I don't see an option anywhere on my photopass account (from last year's trip) to pre-buy a CD for this year's trip - any ideas?

You can pre-order your CD at disneyphotopass.com/previsitcdplan.aspx

(Just put www in front of that). I have less than 10 posts so cannot post the URL.

I think they had a special offer on the photo books as well which you might want to check out.
