How do you book your Disney trips?

First time I went through WDW (will never do that again)

This year I am trying Dreams Unlimited (due to the suggestions on DIS) and bought the airline tickets on my own. I will book the ride to and from the airport when the date gets closer.

I typically use Dreams Unlimited. I have my upcoming May trip booked through them and have used them many times. They are GREAT! I do have my honeymoon booked through WDW's Group Reservations department (it's part of my wedding room block)--I'm pretty sure I couldn't have used the room block if I used a travel agency.

I book everything myself. I like it that way. I also like finding the cheapest codes or AP rates. I also like checking on flight fares and car rental prices and the DIS boards help with both of those. For me I think it would be twice as much work to go through at TA b/c I'd be checking for codes anyway and making sure they have us at the lowest price possible, so why not just do it myself! :) I love the planning!

I love to plan vacations/trips!!!:)
I find it a rush to search for the cheapest airfare, lowest resort rates, etc.
It's so exciting and fun to plan and plan and plan some more!!! :teeth:
And lately the whole family is getting into the madness too!!!

First trip I used a travel agency for everything....Just didn't know any better! Last trip I booked everything myself. Love the planning for a trip. This trip I'm using DU. I booked my airfare myself and then started a full-time job. I was obsessing over the trip so I just turned it all over to DU. Now I can check in here and still not obsess!!! I do miss the rush of planning it 100% myself tho.

I book everything myself, love the excitment of searching for great deals and the family likes to get involved also:)

I book my airfare, but the rest is handed over to Dreams Unlimited :) My first trip I booked everything myself, but that was before I knew aboutt he DIS or DU.

For as long as I can remember we have booked them through Disney ourselves. Half the time I use frequent flyer miles for air so I just need to get hotel and a way to get to the hotel as well.
