How do you book a 15 day vacation?

I know you can book 7 days from check in now, but what if I am planning a 15 day vacation? Just some info, we are looking at the week before to the week of Christmas in 2011 (I am aware I can't book this now), and being a SSR member I will shooting for a tree house at exactly 11 months out.

Call 11 months from check in and get the first seven days. Then call each day to add the next day to your reservation.

If you wait until the end to get all 15 at once, you won't get any or will have a difficult time getting all 15.

Given your travel dates (Christmas) and room request (Treehouse) -- I agree with post from Deb & Bill.

You can do this with 3 phone calls. Let's say you want to arrive on Dec 18 and check out on Jan 2. Call on Jan 18 and book Dec 18 - Dec 24. Call back on Jan 23 and book Dec 25- Dec 29. Call back on Jan 28 and book Dec 30 - Jan 1.

Except for the first call, when you will need to compete with all other SSR owners for reservations starting 11 months from that day, in each other case your room is essentially guaranteed to you because you are calling before those without existing reservations are able to book.
