How do you book a 12 night stay?

I want to stay in a non-home resort for 12 nights. I know how to book 7 nights but what do I do for the second part? Can I put all my dates in at once or do I have to book 1 day at a time, or can I call Member Services?
I know I did this before at Aulani but for the live of me I can't remember.

You can book the first seven when the 7 month window opens. Then starting the next day, you can go online daily and modify the reservation to extend by one night until you have all nights needed.

If it's for a resort/room category that will not likely book up quickly, you can wait until you can book all 12 nights online.
