How do we report a bad thread?

This may not be the right place, but we used to be able to report an inappropriate thread to a moderator but I can't seem to figure out how now that the site has been upgraded. Anyone know? And I'm sure you know which thread I want to report.

There's a little red triangle at the bottom left corner of posts, next to the 'light' that tells you if the person is online.
