How do we know what time ME will take us back to a/p???

We have an 1155am flight on a Tues morning for our return home. I am trying to see if we will have time to squeeze in one last breakfast at the Kona Cafe. What time will we leave the Poly? Also, I know I asked before but I cant remember.. when can we check our bags in and can they print our boarding passes at the Poly? 2 of us are on Airtran and 2 are on Southwest. Thanks for any help!

No, usually you get it in your room the day before you leave.

You can check your bags in for both SWA and AirTran at the Poly. The RAC desk is outside in front of the building, IIRC. Note that the desk opens at 5:00 a.m. and you must have the check-in process completed (not just be in line) no later than three hours before your scheduled flight time; which also is about the same time you will be picked up.

Also, please note that the DME pick-up time is when the bus is scheduled to leave the resort. You should plan on being at the bus stop 10-15 minutes before that.

For that 11:55am flight, they will give you a pickup time of about 9:00am. As mentioned already, you can checkin, get your boarding passes, and check your bags right at the resort starting at 5. I would do that as early as possible...before heading to breakfast. Then, get as early a breakfast ADR as possible. Anything past 7:30-7:45 is going to be too tight. You need to be out at the DME bus stop, ready to go, carryons in hand, at least 15-20 mins before the departure time they gave you. You don't want to be sitting at Kona, anxiously awaiting your bill around 8:30!!!
