How do we get to Universal and is it worth the trip???

We are thinking about adding Universal to our trip last minute. Would we have to take a bus from our Disney resort or are there buses available. Also, is it worth the trip??

No WDW transportation will take you to UO/IOA. I doubt that there are buses of any kind that will do that from your resort. I'm thinking cab or car service is your only option.

About 15 miles depending on your resort. 20 minutes approx.

I would try using a company like mears and if not mistaking I think they charge like $16.00 a person round trip but you have to call them 24 hour before you go.

The cheapest way is to take Lynx bus route 50 from Disney's Ticket &Transportation center to Seaworld. Then switch to the I-Ride trolley to Universal. Another is to call Mears transportation as they usually have shuttles from the Disney hotels to Universal. (407) 423-5566 The cost is $16 per person round trip. A taxi usually runs around $50 one way.
