How do we get from TTC to DTD and then DTD to Epcot?

I assume there is a bus from TTC to DTD. If my memory is correct there is not a bus from DTD to Epcot. What is the easiest/shortest way to get from DTD to Epcot? Thanks!

Bus to Boardwalk, Beach Club, Yacht Club, or Swan/Dolphin and walk the short distance to the International Gateway.

No bus from TTC to Disney Springs, in fact rarely will you find a WDW bus at TTC any longer unless the monorail is not running. Between opening and 4 pm, you need to go via resort hotel to DS. If you are at a park after 4 pm, you can take a bus to DS, but there is no bus from DS to any park.

The PP gave the best way to get back to Epcot from DS.

If there is not a bus from TTC to Disney Springs (I can't remember) just walk to the Poly and catch a bus there. For Disney Springs to Epcot either take a boat to POR (either one works) and catch a bus from there or bus to the EPCOT resorts and walk or boat to the international gateway entrance

Another option when returning from Disney Springs to Epcot:

Walk from DS to Saratoga Springs and catch an Epcot bus.

Ok thanks guys. I think we will go to EPCOT first, then just have to get from EPCOT to DTD and then from DTD to Ticket Transportation Center. That will save us a step (I think).

Just wondering why are you going to TTC?

This isn't a typical trip. This is a day excursion from a cruise. We aren't concerned about making good use of time, etc. We have been to Disney many times. We are riding the cruise line shuttle from Port Canaveral to TTC. From TTC we will go to Epcot. We are riding Soarin and Living with the Land. Heading to America to watch the movie and/or see the singers. Then the plan is to get to DTD for an Earl of Sandwich and maybe a little shopping. I know this seems like a crazy plan and a waste of an EPCOT day but I'm trying to make someone happy. Soarin and Earl of Sandwich are the two requests. If you have a better idea, I am up for it.

many of the shuttles for offsite hotels use ttc for mk or epcot but then have a second shuttle option that is a loop of HS, AK and Springs (your calling it DTD). I'm not sure about a port excursion though you'll need to look into it.

To help out knowing this..

- if you want to do springs first, poly is a short walk from ttc for their bus. You can also just grab a taxi/uber as the shuttle bus will drop you off next to them.
- epcot you can monorail back to ttc.
- springs the buses are really slow and if your going to be at earl, it's closer to walk to the old bus stop next to the xmas shop and jump right into a taxi that is waiting there to get where you need. the bus might take you about an hour with the wait for it (if lucky). it's not been fast most of the time to get from springs to anywhere via a bus. (taxis are on both ends and there is a new bus stop in the center).

Thanks for your reply... it will always be DTD to me . I didn't think about a taxi. That should save us some time. Thanks!!

There are no buses from DS to TTC, or EPCOT to DS. Taxi will be faster than the resort route.

Uber is a cheap way to get around. I would suggest going to Epcot first from TTC via monorail then walking to BeachClub via the International Gateway to get on the bus to DS. Then I would just uber back to TTC. If your never used uber before your first ride will be free. That will decrease your time and to me would be easier.

Lol, as long time Disney visitors, this sounds EXACTLY like some of our happily weird plans :)

We are at Disney now, and we were shocked to see a Disney Springs stop with busses running to it at Animal Kingdom. i cannot say if this is at all parks, but we just figured Disney is so desperate to get people to DTD that they have reinstated bus service.

Are you sure it wasn't running to Animal Kingdom Lodge? Or coming from a park?

The after-4pm bus service from parks > DTD started last summer.

Nope...it was Disney Springs. We were shocked. We were going to the bus stop for Beach Club, and passed a bus that said Disney Springs. There was a pretty long line of people waiting to get on. Unless the bus was mis-labeled...
My hubby and I commented how weird it would be to have WDW start that practice again, but we really figured it was because, at least temporarily, they want to increase traffic to the springs.

Totally not a waste of a day. Take the monorail to Epcot. Do Soarin and Living with the Land and the stuff in America. Then take a cab to Disney Springs from Epcot or take a bus to Port Orleans and then their boat to Disney Springs if you want the scenic route. When leaving Disney Springs take a bus to the Poly and take the short walk form the bus drop off to the TTC to catch your bus back to the ship.

I just wanted to clarify the why because I've known of people who only think you can park at the TTC for everything on property so wanted to have all cards on the table so to speak when giving advice.
