How do we get from our resort to another resort for meals?

My family and I will be staying at the BWV and have several ADRs at different resorts. I know there are no direct resort to resort buses, so how are we to get there?:confused3 We have ADRs at the GF, The Contemporary and The Poly.

Thanks in advance!

You could take a taxi directly to the resort, otherwise take the bus to Magic Kingdom and then get on the resort monorail. Not sure if you will have a rental car you could always drive and park for the time allowed.

DBF & I had reservations at The Poly & AKL last May. In The Unofficial Guide to WDW it says to take a bus to the nearest park & then to take the bus to whichever resort your reservation is located. I believe this is what we did each time. We always left an hour before reservation time & we always made it at least 15 minutes early. It would be faster just to drive. We had a car but I really didn't feel like driving.

You can transfer at any park or DTD -- but it is just as easy to take a taxi. It really depends where your ADRs are.

This is accurate but there are a couple of other options for getting to the MK area resorts once you get to the MK by bus. To get to the CR, the best option may be just to walk from the bus depot to the resort. It's about the same distance to the resort as it is to the monorail platform; and in the opposite direction. To get to the GF and the Poly, you also can choose to take the boat. Going from the MK, the boat stops first at the GF and then goes to the Poly before returning to the MK.

You have a number of choices:

If Epcot is open, you can enter through the International Gateway, walk through Epcot, and go to the bus area to catch a bus to any of those resorts. Note: even though the World Showcase may not open until 11:00, you can still enter through the International Gateway and walk directly to Epcot when Epcot is open.

You can also walk to DHS from the BW and catch a bus from there.

Or, to get to the Contemporary, take a bus from BW to MK and walk on the path which goes to the Contemporary. Short walk.

To get to Poly and GF, you can do as the PP said, take a bus to MK, then the monorail. My favorite, however, is to take one of the small boats. There's a nice picture of the small boats at http://www.wdwinfo.com/Transportation/water.htm.

Taxi or car rental are, of course, options.

No bus from Epcot to the monorail resorts. Only monorail to TTC, and transfer to Resort Monorail.

I'm not sure when you are heading to WDW, but be aware there have been periodic shut downs of the resort monorail recently due to the construction of the GF Villas. Your best bet is to take the boat from MK to GF or the Poly, as others have suggested - the boat dock is closer to the bus area, anyway, and it's a nice ride.
