many people post that they had the Godmother make an announcement for a special occasion. how do I go about that? is there anyway to order a special dessert? we will be there in January at the CRT dinner. thanks!

I have the same question! We'll be there in a few weeks and I just realized it will be my husband's birthday that day....would love to get him a special dessert or something.

Any ideas? What do they do there?

We had the much coveted breakfast ADR's in August for my DD's 7th bday. I called ahead a few months in advance and ordered the slipper dessert :)

Things just fell into place BEAUTIFULLY.... because I had it noted on our ADR that it was my DD's bday meal, once we were seated, our waitress presented my DD with a Happy Birthday certificate signed by the princesses :)

Later, they do the wishing ceremony. My DD closed her eyes so tight and made a wish. She opened them and looked disappointed. I asked her what she wished for.... she said a Webkinz :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: I asked her if there was anything ELSE since she'd talked of nothing but the slipper dessert that my other DD got at 1900 Park Fare the year before @ her 4th bday..... she said-"OH yeah, the slipper dessert!" She then closed her eyes even tighter and wished so hard.... out of the corner of my eye, I saw our waitress coming with the dessert at that very moment! THIS WAS NOT PLANNED BY ME!!! :rotfl: I was AMAZED it fell into place so magically!!!!! She placed the slipper in front of my DD and when she opened her eyes-there it was!

I swear I cried like a baby.... I just could never plan it any better if "I" tried! :cool1: :thumbsup2  :woohoo: :yay:

So.... just tell them it's someone's birthday when you make your ADR and pre-order the dessert (Disney dining can give you the ###).... and keep your fingers crossed for the same kind of pixie dust!!!:wizard: I hope it's just as magical for you!! :)
