How Do We Access Our Onboard Placeholder?

Just off the Disney Dream and OF COURSE we put down a placeholder for another cruise.

We just put down a placeholder without booking a cruise and, now that we're home, we're looking at upcoming cruise dates but can't figure out how to access our onboard placeholder. Can anyone help me figure this out?

I don't believe you can access it online (if you mean so you can change it to an actual cruise). You have to call to do that.

I second that. Having just done this, I made the reservations online and I thought that the discount would automatically be applied and it wasn't. So I called and basically what they do is modify the placeholder reservation to an actual date. So I think the only way to do it is call.

yea you have to call or have your TA call if you are using one.

If you log into the Castaway Club part of the DCL website you will be able to see it under "future cruises", however you can't do anything to it without calling.
