hi, I have a large christmas display at my home and this year I was able to get 3 of the trees used in the christmas parade. Does you have any idea what type of batteries they use and power inverters to light the small items used in the parade?
They used portable generators. I work outdoor craft fairs and that's what individual booths use to power their lights, equipment, appliances, heaters, etc.
Maybe look at portable camping generators & invertors or RV generators.

Mouse Surplus in Florida sells many of the parks items that are no longer used and I happened to be there at the right time. There are 3 trees about 7 feet high, with a small door on the side that a person gets in to 'drive' the tree. It's actually on wheels and you just walk and it rolls. There are grab handles inside to hold on to to help maneuver it. There is also a holder, so to speak, to hold a battery inside, and the lights that are on it are regular 110 volt led's so i'm thinking they may have used a deep cycle or lithium battery.
