Last week we ate at Le Cellier. For dessert I had the S'more. Does anyone know how they get the sprinkles to stay on the marshmallows. I went to the store bought the marshmallows and sprinkles, toasted the marshmallow and the darn little things won't stick.

This is a bit scary. I am sure this in not the technique used at Le Cellier but it will be used in my house.
