How do these Disney DDxP ADRs sound?

Would like some feedback on our ADRs for September trip with DH, DS3, and DD1. My husband wants to do Deluxe. We are going in knowing that we will likely not make it to all ADRs and will cancel the day of (naps, etc.), so we will not let the ADRs tie us down too much. We are staying at the YC and limiting ADRs to the park we will be at or our hotel area, with the exception of Ohana on a MK day.

Day 1 (Hotel/MK for fireworks):
Lunch: Rose & Crown
Dinner: Chef Mickey's

Day 2 (Epcot):
Breakfast: Cape May Cafe
Lunch: Le Cellier
Dinner: San Angel Inn

Day 3 (AK AM/Epcot PM):
Lunch: Yak & Yeti
Dinner: Flying Fish Cafe

Day 4 (MK):
Lunch: LTT
Dinner: Tony's Town Square

Day 5(DHS AM/Resort afternoon):
Breakfast: Captain's Grill
Lunch: Hollywood & Vine (may cancel this one or try to make it back to Captain's Grill)
Dinner: Yachtsman Steakhouse

Day 6 (Epcot)
Breakfast: Akershus
Lunch: Teppan Edo
Dinner: La Hacienda de San Angel

Day 7 (MK):
Breakfast: Crystal Palace
Lunch: CRT
Dinner: Ohana

Day 8 (MK morning/leave):
Breakfast: Chef Mickey's

Day 7 is all good ADR's but I think there would be so much food and I might blow up!

It also looks like right now you are 1 over your limit... but if you are thinking you might miss a couple it will be fine. Just wanted to make sure you knew it looks like 22.

We are foodies & I have to agree that even we could not handle day 7

I think it's smart to keep your ADR's mainly around YC/BC area and Epcot like you did. It will be much easier to make the reservations without feeling rushed.

My only suggestion and you seem to have thought about it already is to skip Hollywood and Vine. 50's Prime Time or even the Sci-Fi I would consider much better choices at HS.
