How do these ADR's look?

Hi yall. This is our first time going to WDW and staying onsite (4 adults 2 kids age 9 and 7)and we are doing the Dining Plan. We are going Oct 5-11. This is what I have:

none for checkin day
Liberty Tree Tavern Dinner
50's prime time lunch
Cape may dinner
Be Our Guest 4:05 Dinner
Akershus Royal Banquet Hall Dinner
Ohana Breakfast ( departure day)

Quick Service I have not figured out yet. What do yall think? Also we are celebrating my DD birthday, can I get a cake at one of these? Thanks.

I'm sure you have looked at the menus before deciding, so this is just my personal preferences: I prefer the menu choices at LTT lunch where you order off the menu, instead if the family style Thanksgiving foods at dinner. I also might try or a pre park opening ADR for Akershus instead of dinner.
