How do Teva sizes run?

Hi - I posted this question as a reply to another topic, but I figured maybe I'd better ask here (I'm about to order). I wear a 6.5 shoe - the site says order half size up - but how do they run? I have an old (very) pair of Teva's size 6 - but these (circuits) look different - my feet are narrow and hard to fit - so do they run big or small?

I found that they run small. I usually wear a 9 to a 91/2 but my Teva Sandles are size 10's!!

I wear and 8.5 and get the 9!
