How do Rapid rewards on Southwest work

DH has made the reservations for our flights. On the confirmation he has rapid rewards but my flight has none entered under rapid rewards. Will he get awards for my flight or do they need to go under my account? Also, we just changed the flight for the way back home. He said it does not show any rapid rewards for that flight.

Each individual passenger has to have their own RR number entered into the reservation to get credit. He cannot get credit under his RR for your flight and your info needs to be attached for you to get credit.

Fortunately, it's easy to add a RR number to an existing reservation. Just go to this link and follow the instructions.
