How do park tickets work at the Swan?

Quick question about the tickets at the S&D. We're staying at the Swan for the first time, and I know you can only use room charge there, but do you still get a disney card (that can't be charged)for park entry? Can you buy your tickets there?

You can not use your room key as your ticket, but you can buy tickets there. So basically you'll have a room key and a cardboard type ticket for the parks. It's really not a big deal to us to have to carry 2 things instead of 1. Well worth the savings of staying at Swan/Dolphin. We got the teacher rate of $179 per night for our upcoming May trip. With our Starwood American Express points, we will most likely be paying for only 3 of our 6 nights!
