How do my ADRs sound?

It's now less than a month till I can made my ADRs for our January 10-14 trip (2nd visit!), and we don't want to repeat any restaurants -- there are so many to choose from but I think I've finally decided (last time we went to Chef Mickey's, CRT, Tony's, Le Cellier, Garden Grill, Spoodles, and Sci Fi) on the following.

Weds dinner - Crystal Palace
Thurs dinner - Cape May Clambake (lunch will be snacking around the world showcase)
Fri breakfast - Rainforest at AK (have gift card to use)
Fri dinner - Brown Derby (Fantasmic package)
Sat dinner - Kona Cafe
Sun breakfast - 'Ohana

and then we're getting on the Wonder!!

Questions for the experts on timing:
What is a good time for Crystal Palace, to be able to finish dinner and catch Wishes right away?
What about Cape May, what time should I request so we can be done and walk back to Epcot for Illuminations?
And does anyone know what time the Electrical Water Parade is at the Poly? I'd like to time our dinner at Kona to be able to walk over to the beach and catch that and Wishes after dinner.

Thanks in advance!!
