I asked HollyJoy about that and this what she told me:

"....Here's what I did.. using Paint Shop Pro.

when you are logged in to VMK, and have the "shot" you want, press "Print Screen" on your keyboard. Then, in PSP, right click and then click on "paste as new image". Then you can edit as you like! All I did is crop mine down around my character, then added text.

Others have been using the Paint program in the Accessories program."

I don't have PSP so I did an 'alt' + 'print screen' and copied the whole scene into Paint. Then, I cut the picture down to just my little disney girl. I hope this helps...

Then you have to upload it to a site that you can keep it at. Once it is uploaded, right click the image and go down to Properties to get the online location of the picture. Go into 'User CP' up on the blue line (you have to sign in to see it). Click on 'edit signature' on the upper left hand corner. Then, add the image in between

in the big white box and click the save button down below.
