How do I?

When I first started to use DIS I accidentally clicked on 'Ignore this person' (sorry Beth!) by mistake. How do I put that right as I don't want to ignore her?

What did Beth do? If you click on the User Cp at the top of the screen there will be a tab button for Edit Ignore List
