Sacrifice 2 chickens, a goat, and 2 tubes of toothpaste on the full moon before your FP+ window opens.

KIDDING!! BoG is really really hard to get, and from what I understand most of them are taken by people with resort reservations the morning that day opens up. Other than that you can try to get an ADR (which is also next to impossible) or keep checking. Every day. Multiple times a day.

Your best bet is to stay onsite and book 180ish days in advance of your arrival that they allow.

That's great advice for a dinner ADR, but the lunch FP+ is different.

My trip starts May 26th and I can get them through June 1st.

Mine starts April 26th, and I can only get through April 22nd.
