...get silly putty out of fabric? My DD9 has some color change silly putty and she thought that sitting on it would get it to change color. When she did so some got stuck to her pants. I scraped off what I could. There is just some residual left now. Any help would be appreciated.

Try rubbing alcohol. Apply to the back of the fabric with cotton ball or something, and see how that works. I've used it when the silly putty is still attached, and gotten it to "release." Not sure how it works once you've scraped at the silly putty, but worth a try.

I would try a petroleum based spray wash. The kind in an aresol spray can, not a spray bottle. You might also try Goo Gone. It is a little greasy but that should come out with a little work.
