how do i use a PIN?

Ok, I must be dumbest person in the world..but I rec'd a PIN and i have no idea where to enter it in the website..! How do I use it?!

I don't know of a place to use the PIN on the website. Each time I get a PIN, I have to phone in my reservation, giving that PIN.

ohh..so i have to call? did not realize that at all..yes there is a number, i wonder if they will be open after my dd goes to bed..shes 3 and doesn't let me use the phone..!

Walt Disney World Central Reservations is open from 7AM-10PM daily, so unless your daughter is up very late, you shouldn't have any problems calling them at night. And unfortunately, PIN codes have to be booked by phone.

If the pin came via email there should be a link on the email for you to click that takes you to the pin reservation page. At least my pin did. Good luck!

Also, if you read the threads about PINs, sometimes the name/address/email address do not all match for the same person, or the PIN is sent to someone who was in the party for a previous vacation but didn't book anything in their name. Now THAT'S marketing! I have gotten PINs but since we're kinda poor at the moment, I am unable to use them. That is frustrating!

Our pin came snail mail. On the postcard there was a website - disneyworld.com/mydisneyoffer. You can go there and enter your pin and it will take you to the 'pinned' offers.

I was able to book with my PIN online. It came via email and I just clicked the link and made the reservation. Good Luck!
