How do I update my res to include flight info?

I've been poking around on the disney website- but I can't find it. We made our disney reservations before our flights. Now we have both-- how do I update to include my flight info for ME?

I can't remember ..if no one answers you, I'll ask DH...

I know on our first trip, we automatically got our Mickey mail with me stuff. Last year, they changed it, and we didn't.

You'll need to call and have the CM add your flight info onto your reservation. I don't believe you can add it yourself online.

and when you call, have your credit card ready to pay for it. I just called yesterday to add it and ouch..... but fuel is expensive, so I understand....

Magical Express is a free service provided for guests staying at one of the Disney resorts. You don't have to pay for it.

Did you call Mears (the company that operates Magical Express) and order coach/shuttle service through them by mistake? Mears does have a paid shuttle service that they operate as well.

I thought it was 866-599-0951.

The first number is for (407-WDW-MAGIC) is for the Walt Disney Travel Company and 866-599-0951 is for Magical Express directly. Either number will work...I had called the WDW-MAGIC number, so that was what I had handy in my phone.

I called Disney travel to have them add us to the pick up at the airport. The person on the phone took my flight info and told me it would be 134 dollars for the four of us... I thought it was supposed to be free, but the last time we flew in was 2006. Have I been snookered?? I'm calling Disney now...

I really have a feeling you ended up booking the shuttle service with Mears somehow. The price is about right (according to Mousesavers the rate is $34/adult and $27/kid, so that would be about $122 then adding taxes and other fees, $134 sounds reasonable). What number did you call?

Well, I paid for a Meers shuttle to take me to a cruise, but I don't have reservations for a cruise.. I had called 407 wdw 7777....This time, I called the 866 number for magical express (gave them my flight info while we tried to figure out what went wrong.) I then called my 407 number back, but had to get transferred to reservations in order to get a return on my card for the charges for my 'cruise' transportation. You guys are the best, thanks for your help!!

I'm glad you mentioned the cost on this thread then so that you found out now that something was in error. That would have STUNK to find this out when you got off the plane and expected to be taken to your resort! :
