how do i unsucscribe

Can someone please tell me if there is a way to unsubscribe to a thread?

Here you go....

1. Click on the User CP on the Disboards toolbar above
2. Click on "View all subscribed threads"
3. Click on the boxes next to the threads you want to un-subscribe from
4. Scroll down to the bottom if need be. You will see "Selected Threads" drop down box. Click on that and choose "delete threads".

Thank you so much I did it and it worked .At least I think it did.I kept getting emails about I thread I haven't even looked at in months and I wanted it to stop and couldn't for the life of me figure it out.Now I feel foolish as it was so easy to do.lol.Oh well at least now I know for the future .Thanks again.
