How Do I Transfer To DU From DCL

I was poking around on their website, but can't find the form to fill out to transfer to them. Should I just fill out the ressie form and explain in the Special Requests box that I was to transfer?

we just did it. Sue Ellen was a great help. you could pm her and tell her your specifics and then just fill out the form. She is a moderator on this board if you look up you will see her name, just click on it and hit pm.
