Hey we will be staying at the RPR in September. We were wondering how we take advantage of the perks associated with having the card. Now we did book our trip through AAA so I was also wandering if that would have any bareing on weather we recieved the perks or not. I emailed Lowes last week and again on yesterday but so far they have not responded. Also, I never recieved my actual card but I do have my number that was sent to me via email. I am a bit concerned that they have not responded as they are suppose to be a "Fine" hotel chain so far I am not impressed, though I will more than likely enjoy the resort. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You are in luck, booking with AAA discount means you ARE intitled to the free arrival gift. You also qualify for a free upgrade-IF-any are available.

As far as them not responding via email...may I inquire as to the subject of the email? If you emailed requesting a certain tower or view, they may not respond. If you emailed regarding something else, I am surprised they haven't responded. I have always gotten quick & courteous (sp???) responses from them. What email address did you use?

Cool.......I was hopeing I would be elgible as for the subject of my email I was simply asking the same question I asked here. The email I used was off the site. I guess I could have called them. Milk and Cookies for the kids was really all I was after. A room upgrade would be nice but believe it or not thats not very important to me as we normally don't spend very much time at the hotel in Orlando not to mention we are only there a couple of nights. Then its off to Disney for 7 Nights. This is the first time we have stayed with Universal but since we enjoyed Islands of Adventure last year we thought we would give them a shot at part of our vacation this year.

On a side note I always see people debateing which is better Disney or Universal heck we enjoyed both. Seems they both have some different perks (Disney is over all Customer Service, Universal is Front of the line Privs) I guess the mission is to have a great time which I feel both companies can and do supply. Ok Ok I've rambled enough hehe.
