How do I start?

Help! I would love to lose 50 pounds. I am confused what to do here. Do I register somewhere? I need to take the challenge. I don't like myself anymore.

Hi jiminyC_fan - Welcome to WISH! If you go here you can get all the info about what to do to join WISH. WISH is a great group of people who will help to keep you motivated and support you when things are tough. Do you have a specific eating plan that you will be following? There are WISHers who are doing just about any plan you can think of, Atkins, WW, South Beach Diet, Eating Sensibly, etc. Hope you decide to take the WISH challenge!

Thanks guys! I have ressies for another Disney cruise and I simply refuse to go again like this. I felt so awful that all the petite people could dress in cute little tropical attires and I couldn't. I can and will lose weight. Sandy

Let me know if you will be following a formal eating plan or if you will be "eating sensibly". Visit WISH as often as you can. I think you will find that participating on WISH is very motivating and helpful. I know it has helped me <b>a lot!</b>
