How do I speak to a moderator or board host?

I have an idea that would benefit the DIS'ers, but think I should discuss it with someone who has the ability to allow it first.
Could a moderator please pm me, or could someone point me in the right direction?

If you go to the main dis board page the moderators for each forum are listed on the right hand side.

The list of moderators is also at the bottom of each board itself. So if you clicked on "Budget Board" at the bottom of the page is the list of the moderators here - Kaa, Dagny, BethR, RobinRS.
