How do I see my reservations online?

I just made all of my ADR's but I can't seem to find them. It keeps asking me for the dining reservations numbers but I didn't write them down. Can someone tell me how i can access them? I saw all of the confirmation screens, but I just would feel better if I could see them.

You booked online? You should get a confirmation email - that will have all the times and confirmation #'s. :)

Did you get a confirmation email? I just checked my email and they were all in the email.
 
When I checked mine on-line you needed each individual confirmation number for the reservation. I would call Disney dining back and get the confirmation numbers since you need to have them with you on your trip. You need to take them in case there is a problem when you check in for your reservation since that is the only "back up" you have.
 

I got the email, but I had to call to add a Candlelight Procession package and a larger group ADR. I thought there was a way to access the list online. I'd feel better being able to see the entire list all together, even though I have the confirmation #'s.

You can have a list all in one place. If you log in to the system and retrieve all of your ADRs, there is a box where you can have the list emailed to you. That way, you will have one email with all of your ADRs! Of course, I'm not sure if it will include the large group ADR since that was booked by phone, but you can try to pull it up.
 
I just called back. Apparently, only ADR's you make online are visible online. He said that the ADR's made online aren't actually done through Disney at all. (He also mentioned the nightmare it's been converting over.) He verified all my ADR's over the phone, though.

You may just want to call and not wait for the email!
 
I had one issue on mine. I booked all seven nights; then realized that the Brown Derby was a 2 TS credit. This is my first time using the dining plan. I went into cancel the Brown Derby and book Raglan Road.

They sent me a second confirmation that had all my ressies plus still had the Brown Derby on it. I entered the confirmation number on the site and it showed it had been deleted.

That is completely untrue. Another case of CM's being uninformed.:(

I called and got a reservation for Spirit of Aloha yesterday. She gave me a confirmation number and I used it to double check the reservation online immediately afterward. All I did was put in the confirmation # and my phone number.
I called and got Fantasmic package this morning. I got online with the confirmation number/phone number and was able to see my reservation. I had to double check it. I couldn't believe I was able to get it!!:cheer2:

If you are having trouble pulling it up online, check and make sure that the phone number you are using is the right one or if there could be another number. Somehow the ADR's I made for parents will only come up with their cell phone number even though they made the reservation with the resort confirmation number and their home phone number. Doesn't make sense, but that is how I got them to come up. I think the phone number that they use to reference your ADR's is the one on your email. That is how I noticed it on my parents ADR's because the email had their cell phone number on it.

Where did you pull it up online? I don't even see a link to where I can on the dining page or in my account settings. Why does this have to be so difficult? Supposedly, this was going to make things EASIER! LOL

Okay, I figured out to go into "My Vacation"... duh!!!

So, I get in there, put in my confirmation # and phone number and it tells me that it cannot be found. Is this b/c I am DVC???

Did you try using other phone numbers that they may have on your account like a cell phone number? I'm not sure about DVC, but I would think that if you called and made the reservation at Disney Dining you should be able to look it up no matter what because even those who are staying off property can still look up ADR's by confirmation number. Also, I didn't have to put my resort confirmation number in to pull up my ADR's just the ADR confirmation number. Maybe you accidentily wrote down the wrong number.:confused3

Sorry I'm not sure why it won't come up. I only know when we couldn't get ours to come up it was because of the phone number.
