How do I see my account balance for my trip?

I know the approximate amount I still owe on my trip, but I can't seem to find where on MDE it shows the actual balance to be paid (or where you can pay it online). I've found the FAQ that tells that you can pay it online, which only links back to the MDE log in, but I can't seem to figure out where in MDE it shows the pending balance. Any help would be appreciated! :confused3
 
I think if you originally booked over the phone, you have to make all subsequent payments via phone. :-/ At least that's been my experience. I can't see my balance or make payments online, either.

Each time I use the automated system to make a phone payment I get a confirmation email, though... that'd be your best bet for seeing what your balance is - find the last email you received from them.

That would explain it. :thumbsup2 Thank you! I booked through the Disney Visa free dining offer, so it was by phone. I'm getting ready to mail in another check, so I'll get an updated bill soon anyway. I just wondered if I was going crazy, since the web site says you can check it online and I couldn't find it anywhere.
 
In the top right corner of the website there is a drop down menu that says My Disney Experience, when you hover over it on of the options is "My Reservations and Tickets" When I click that link it pulls up my Resort reservation in the first section and it lists my remaining balance there.
 
It "should" show up in MDE under your reservations right at the bottom of your resort info, but for me it wasn't working all this week on multiple computers. I called to make the payment, which was completely automated, and now it shows up there as $0 due.

I think they are still working on the website.
 
This is at the bottom of the reservation page in MDE:

"If you need to make changes to your reservation, please contact your original Travel Professional. If you booked directly with Disney please call (407) W-Disney or (407) 934-7639."
 
I booked online, and just logged on to see my balance, and it's not showing for me right now either, and I always make payments online. Must be something going on with the website right now.
 
I was wondering why I couldn't make payments online. I just booked yesterday and am used to the DCL site where you easily see a balance and can make payments.

Log into MDE. Under Disney Resort Hotel Reservations, there is a little line of blue font that says "View Details."

If you click on that, you can see your remaining balance and make a payment!

Same here. I booked a package (room + dining) over the phone on July 30th, and when I log in to MDE, I click on My Reservations and Tickets. It pulls up all my reservation details, which look like this (edited for security purposes):

"Disney's Port Orleans Resort - Riverside

Confirmation Number: ABCDEFG

Quick Service Dining

Check In: Day, Month, Year

Check Out: Day, Month, Year

Room Type: Disney's Port Orleans Resort - Riverside-Garden View

Guests: 2 Adults

Remaining Balance: $1,234.56 USD Make a Payment"

I highlighted the Make a Payment thing in blue because that's how it appears in MDE, and I can click on that link to make a payment online.

I've heard that folks using Chrome or Firefox are having trouble pulling up their reservations to make online payments, so may want to switch browsers. I've also heard that RO reservations are having trouble paying online, too, so maybe because I booked a package, that's why I'm able to make payments online.
 
Only people who have packages can see their balances online. People who have room only reservations can't see their balances.

I don't know why they can't just fix it so that everyone can see their balances. :confused3
