How do I request a room before arrival?

Is there an email address or fax number that I can send a request to? I'd like to ask for a king bed at Grand Californian. Not asking for a freebie upgrade & I completely understand that it's just a request that may not be honored. (Worth a shot, though!) Thanks!

I would call as opposed to email or fax. We called to request a certain tower at the DLH about a week prior to our arrival. The CM indicated it was only a request, blah blah however when we arrived the note was on our reservation and the CM at check-in was able to honor it. Good luck!

Thanks! I called & talked to the sweetest lady. Hopefully it will be granted, but not the end of the world if they can't accommodate us. Thanks again!
