How do I rename my links?

Hi, DIS tech gods! Could you please explain (or direct me to an explanation of) how to change my link names? In other words, instead of my link looking like this: http://www.disboards.com/newthread.php?do=newthread&f=43, I'd like it to look like this "My question to Dis tech support."
