How do i recover deleted e-mail?

I always heard you can recover deleted email. Does anyone know how to do this. I deleted some stuff i wanted saved and noticed it right as it was going *poof* I am so mad at myself for doing this.

If you haven't emptied your email trash can yet - chances are good that the message is still in there.

Just click on your trash can icon - and if you spy the message you need, just click and drag it back to your inbox folder.

Was it old email that you had saved to your computer?

The easiest way is to see if it is still on your server that delivers your email through your ISP.

If you use Outlook, download Mozilla thunderbird or use yahoo to access your email server and see if the mail is still there.

If that isn't the case, just about any document recovery software will work. Sometimes it is bundled with your firewall and internet security software.

I just checked my recycle bin it is not in there.
