How do i put a pic under my signature

How do you put a picture under your signature i cant get mine to work im probly doin it wrong though. like some people have pictures of other people and i want to put one in but cant figure out how!!!

First, you need a pic, and it has to be on another site.

Then put brackets ( [ ] ) with the letters img in it. Then put the web address next (NO SPACES BETWEEN [] AND ADDRESS!) then brackets again, then put /img imbetween them.
