How do I pre order the PhotoPass CD?

I know a lot of people said that you can pre order the PhotoPass CD and save a little money. I signed up on Disney's PhotoPass site and can not figure out how to do that. It keeps asking me for PhotoPass number, but I dont have one yet. Can anyone help? Thanks.
