how do I post songs and sounds?

I have a site that has a bunch on songs that you can add to sites but I don't know how to add them, can you guys help?

my friend gave me a code thing and i jsut pasted it. www.midi.com is where i got the song. you put <embed src=" before the properties and " after it. its fun!
